Owing to operations,renovations,inclinations and mass-----(no not that one
) the three amigos haven't been out on the bikes together for yonks.Yesterday as the planets aligned,we went.
Our usual slackers day out with a ride down Ripley Rd to kick off the dirt feeling.Brunch at Beaudesert then up Duck Creek Rd.Coffee and cake at the Alpaca Farm,a blat down the range to Canungra then our respective ways home.
Ripley Rd is in good nick with new(to us)signs on the side tracks and rumors of a big upgrade looming
Duck Creek Rd. has been worked over by the 4x4 brigade,and the rain.A few washed out rutted sections are best avoided
.Still a top KLR ride.
The twisty bit from O Reillys to Canungra was loaded with tourists doing their terrorist thing and getting themselves all confused on the single track,no passing,blind corners bits
