Went to a private car show this weekend.  came across this "Super Cuda"....1500 hp V-10, all hand built from the ground up.  Built with no budget and the mandate to exceed 200 mph.....clocked at 208 mph before things started to get scary.  So far they have $750,000 into it and the final price hasn't be negotiated yet....amazing!!  All I wanted was to hear it but they wouldn't fire it up Sad

check out the website for the guys who built it.     http://www.dreamcargarage.com/dreamcargarage.php?obj=aboutus

There's an awesome video of it breaking 200 mph, but I can't access it from work. If nobody posts it today I'll do it tonight.

 Drool...

Not crazy about green, but I love the old 'Cuda's.  My mom had a Challenger when I was young and that thing would scoot.  Unfortunately, the last time I saw it, it was wrapped around a rather large cottonwood tree.  Not by my mom, but by the guy she sold it to.  Sad

Did anyone else's heart rate go up watching that or was it just me?

208 mph in a 'Cuda   yikes  I had my '75 Cutlass up to 120 ONCE.  The front started feeling so light that I had had enough.

Gorgeous.

My first car was an Australian cousin of the Mopars - a 71 VH Valiant Charger (Hemi 245).
