I just put a set of these on my bike. They are awesome.  I did notice that the rubber mount blot will hit the tripple tree if you rotate the risers where the bars are closer to you.  (I bet that is clear as mudd)

Did you notice that?

Yeah, I saw that, but didn't think it was an issue as 99% of the time we'll have them set vertically.

I do not have the ones with the rubber dampener but I love mine. would not have it any other way. Now I can stand up and ride and not be nervous when I am following hurricane through the dunes

I had that same problem. I tighten up the nut and bolt. Then I used the grinder and went to work on the bottom. Grind off the botom of the bolt and around a third of the nut. Go slow and let it cool or you will heat up the rubber. Worked great after that.

I don't understand why you'd want to pivot them back towards you.

Is this to reduce your reach?

if I wanted to change my reach and raise the bars I'd be looking at another bar.

I know most buy these so they don't have to have a new bar.

I didn't need it rotated that far forward. My adapters moved the bar forward and that is the reason for looking at these, but other may be needing something different.

Man that would be nice.  Mine make me think I'm seeing double at pretty much anything but idle.

Never really thought about vibrations too much, but after reading this thread last night, I did notice all the vibes on the ride to work this morning.  I was thinking about the standard Rox risers, but might have to bump up to the anti vibe version now.  Man you guys are hard on me!  My farkle list just keeps growing larger the more I read here!

Hey by the way Hondo, thanks for the comparison images on your review.   thumb  That sure does a good job making the case for a switch.  I'm pretty tall too and always feel like I'm bent over too much when I standing.

my mirrors were double view as well. the mirrors being clear just shows how much vibe reduction there is.  I end up running at 55-6 thousand rpms alot on the highway, which hurts my hands after a few days. My hands will go in and out of numbness for a week after I am through with a tour. With the riser I expect this to be a thing of the past.

I took klrken thru some foot deep sugar sand last week and found out that my 4.00 risers that came off of a 86 yamaha jetski work just as well as his 100.00 set of rox risers, you can tell by the pucker hole that was left in his bike seat

The rox anti-vibe risers sound like what I need . Has anyone fitted them to a 2008 KLR yet, any problems with cables etc.
I have fitted Oxford heated grips and want to fit these risers.  any advice is welcome.    Lodgey @ hobart Tasmania.
