I am new to the forum. I am from London England and I have recently acquired a 2001 KLR 650 C5 and i love it. Did have a Suzuki DR650 which got destroyed when a van turned right across my path. Hope to hear from some of you guys and gals form all over the world. Up the KLR650!

Hotshot.   Yeah got loads of pics but they are to big to put on had to crop a few but they lost quality but did manage a few will try and get a few more up, any ideas about changing forks was thinking of going double disc...

If you go to dual disc on the front, you mite try something from a street bike. I'm not sure if that would work. I'm sure that there are some on this forum that would be more help than me. Have you thought about going to the single 320 mm disc on the front?    Ride on!

Back again after a few years without a KLR in the stable, I couldn't resist this for £650.



Originally, I was going to lane it, but it's a bit too nice for me to ruin.
Bought with no tax or test, it needed nothing for a MOT.
A battery for starting it was on the list, next up is a 550lb rear spring and while I'm at it, a new set of fork seals and a few 2p's worth of preload will be done.

In the meantime, I've dug out a 48ltr topbox for a little tour next week.
