Ok my last question as a new poster... Are there any reasonably priced options to replace the rear shock, and also because Im a tub of lard, a heavier spring as well? Ive done a bit of research and theres not much around locally in Australia from initial searches.  A local bike mechanic reckons tht I might try one of those cheap chinese s--- bike dealers for an adjustable shock.  That might work with some airbox replacment / mods I guess. The existing shock is stuffed, and the spring wasnt made for my weight thats for sure. Any ideas greatly appreciated. I'll probably step up to a bigger and better bike some day but Im having fun riding and fixing this KLR for now, and it just about does what I want apart form a lack of highway speed for my 15km run to where the dirt starts...
