Well here is the next bike in the desert garage, a Cherry Red and Black 2009 DL1000 Yeehaa! The KLR was a great bike and I learnt a lot from it, but after a while I was searching for more power.

This has been a great site with a wealth of information which will carry me through on what ever bike I ride. Thanks to everyone for your help and comments over the past year, all the best to all of you, ride safe thumb Hope to see you on the road somewhere.

Geoff.

Yes I sold the KLR, I wish I could afford to have both, but that may come when the kids grow up and leave home Happy!

You sure will, I am "Desertstrom" over there That's funny ! I had to keep the Desert part of my name thumb

The color is great huh, it is the only color available in Australia this year, luckily it is one of my favourite colors.
