Megantic Week-end

Well it's time to reserve a place for the Megantic Week-end.
Leaving from Racine,150 miles to go to Megantic in dirt roads,then dinnertime and boys afternoon ride,two options:1-Fast action pack 2-Smooth riding (can be done by couples) Return to camping.Fire, fews brews, stories then to sleeping bags,Breakfast then start to come back on different unpaved roads.

Only 16 sites available,we're renting the whole campground, if possible...

Any interest???

Hi Curve,

Thanks for the invite, it looks like my kind of riding. Not sure if I'll be able to get away as I just got a new assignment at work and my schedule has become some what extreme to say the least ( it's good to be in demand during these times ). When is it?

Did manage a quick trip to the Outaouais region, hit both the Ottawa Blues Fest as well as the Montreal Jazz Fest and I'm payin' for it now. More later.

Someday for sure. I'm scheduled to be in Montreal the 26th-29th. For the past 8 years or so it's been my good fortune to play in the Hector Toe Blake Golf Tournament and this year it's been dedicated to a close friend who passed away last winter. So I'll be there.

All that said I still want to do that ride through the Eastern townships on up to Quebec City this year. I'll get in touch. Have fun w/ the Megantic ride.
