Last week a fellow KLR rider & I managed to organise a 2 day ride down the West coast of the North Island. We travelled from Cambridge to Port Waikato, then down the coast to Awakino and then back to Cambridge for a total of 636 KM's. For mid winter the weather fine but cold. We stayed over night at the Kawhia Pub. It was a great first adventure.

Thanks for sharing guys!   Awesome

If I ever hit the lotto, I think I'd like to move to New Zealand.  Seems everyone speaks English, no snakes or tornadoes, and fried pies!  Sounds great to me!
