This looks like a nice helmet for 67 bucks. It's Dot approved comes with a free helmet bag and skull cap.

They are all over E-Bay anybody ever try one.

I checked into this and found out that it is aTMS Motocross Dual Sport Helmet .  I called the vendor on ebay and spoke with them about replacement shields for the helmet and they said that they didn't sell them and didn't know where you could find it.  Also I did multiple internet searches and couldn't find out who actually makes the helmet.  Looks a lot like the AFX helmet only much less.  Right now you can buy it now for as little as $39.99 which looks like a great price.  Even if you can't find a replacement shield down the road it would still make a great disposable helmet if it fit correctly.

$40????  i am not the kind of guy who buys that Shoei salesmans line about "if you have a hundred dollar head, buy a hundred dollar helmet", but i do believe that there is a minimum price point where you don't have a helmet anymore but just a plastic shell that looks like it would protect it.

isn't that DOT qualification just a self policed standard and not actually tested my any third party?  see where my mind is going? (shut it Mel  That's funny ! )

I ordered one the other day.  I should have it sometime this week.  Paid $55 with shipping.  I figured I'd try it out and I'll let everyone know what I think when I get my hands on it.

If you want,we can see if my AFX shield is compatible,it would give you a replacement option.  thinking...

It seems to have a lot of similiarities.  I'm hoping it is made by a major mfg under this ghost name.   thinking...
