I've never put it on a scale, but my guesstimate is about 80 lbs.

Yeah!!  Like that time...cerebral flatulence took over and I, singlehandedly, cradled the XR-750 engine off the bench...like it weighed 50 pounds and tried to take it to the frame...wasn't good!! That hemorrhoid firing out of my backside...sounded like a rifle shot!  Sorry ...too much info...I know!!   That's funny !

My engine weighs 113lbs.
After rebuild-no oil-no hoses.
No shift lever.
Counter sprocket in place.
Including starter.
A little light due to the 685 kit
