That spot is a few miles up the trail from Valeyermo California. About 30 minutes from my place here in Palmdale.
 haphap Had the whole mountain to myself. Just peace and quiet and falling asleep staring at the stars.

I spent most of the night thinking about when I was a kid and used to spend entire summers sleeping on the back deck.
Man it was nice not having neighbors.

Anywho, thought you guys might enjoy a couple  pics from my mini getaway.

Perfect Alan....I travel with the minimalist mindset and have found it works well. Just the essentials...the imagination does the rest!
