newby needs help i just bought the bike and started repairs cleaned the carb/tanks bike turns on perfect other then the cutch not working/choke wire poped and throttle cables popped but i order them new heres the problem when i removed the clutch cable i noticed the shaft wasout of place ipulled it out with no preasure how bo i fix it whats wrong here how do i fixs this it goes back in place but doesnt have any preasure????

Hopefully it is just disengaged from the clutch lifter. It still means pulling the case. While you are there you might as well clean your oil strainer and check your clutch pack...

|
No need to open the case. To reinstall the clutcharm simply slide it back in with the arm facing to the rear. With the arm near flush with the case rotate it clockwise aproximately 45 degrees where it should engage the clutch. Attach the cable then adjust the tension.

Sorry for the delay folks last time I worked on the bike I broke the clutch shaft so I finally found one and replaced it but now I cant make it ingage it feels like is gonna break im installing it facing rear the way it goes in but it feels to stiff and im worried its gonna break could thier be something wrong with the clutch?

Not the arm that hooks to the wire the shaft that pulls the clutch apart when you engage the clutch I think is called the clutch shaft

Man I can slide the clutch arm in and it feels like its catching it wrong it will not move like if it was stuck and im worried its gonna break the nipple off the clutch shaft again

Thanks a million drom me and my buddy here rapping up we just road the bike it feels great clutch levers hard ao im gonna do the mod but I wanted to tell you guys thanks a million ill keep everyone posted godbless
