Hi everyone

I'd just like to say G'day to everyone and that the site is great.
I bought my bike back in August '11 and love it. So far I've put a 12V socket on, A 16T front sprocket, Derestricted the carbie and made a GPS mount for the bars.
I've managed to clock 11,500 km on it so far and hasn't missed a beat. I'm looking forward to learning more about the bike and sharing what Ive learned out 'n' about
in my part of the world.
cheers,

I just ordered my IMS 10 Gal. Tank.
Are there any special steps or tools required for installation?

Bernie, nice to see your bike. Mine is green also. What tall windscreen do you have? I'm still deciding on which one to get. Are you happy with it?

I also bought my KLR in August 2011 and been enjoying every minute of it since...Currently in process of valve checking and upgrading sprocket to 16/42 with xring chain, plus the upgrade in the engine chain tensionor...previously installed a GIVI tall windshield and Kenda 761 tires...
To do a tour in Australia is on my bucket list but need to finish my home country of Canada....
welcome and safe riding

Still waiting for the tank, should ship in another week. When it gets in I will have to test its range and come up to meet and ride with some of you Qld folk.
