Expensive.... Hmmmmm... it's a KLR.... I rode it home (about 2 hours)

some flat strap aluminium I found in the shed, glue & pop rivets and as good(ish) as new









The tail just needed a bit of lovin'





and this got me



new (folding) mirrors (OK the mirrors were expensive), actually I broke one mirror then. The other broke earlier in the day when trying to Frosby Flop over a barb wire fence, but there are no photo's of that so it didn't happen  yikes

and.... the engine/sump guard needed to go anyway, plus a trip to the hardware for a new end cap for the tool tube

so that is all the plastic yikes, thankfully no hardware was damaged.
